Care Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
As a Care Coordinator at Shona Care Ltd, you will play a key role in ensuring people receive safe, responsive, and person-centred care. Responsibilities include coordinating care visits, supporting care staff, maintaining accurate schedules and records, communicating with families and professionals, monitoring care quality, and helping ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and organisational policies. The role also involves responding to changing needs, promoting dignity and independence, and supporting continuous improvement across the service.
