Shona Care Ltd is a regulated care-at-home service supporting people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.
Our care is person-led, outcomes-focused and responsive to changing needs. We work with people, families and professionals to provide practical support that reflects what matters to each person.
Our History
Shona Care Ltd has proudly supported people across the Glasgow community since 2019. Founded as a small family-run service, we have grown into a trusted provider of home care, recognised for our commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred support.
Our service was established by a former social worker with experience in local authorities and the third sector, driven by a desire to improve both the quality of care and the way care staff are valued and supported.
We believe that when caregivers feel respected, trained and supported, people receive better care. Today, Shona Care Ltd continues to raise standards in home care by empowering the individuals we support and the staff who care for them.
Developing Our Team
We are proud to support staff development, leadership and progression across Shona Care Ltd. Our senior carer trainees help strengthen day-to-day care practice, promote safe standards, support communication, and contribute to consistent, person-led care.
