Valenta is an exceptional leader, immediately instilling confidence in anyone who meets her; even a five-minute chat with neighbors leaves a positive impression. She is happy to take on board suggestions and cascades these suggestions to her team. Shona Care thrives in the digital world, always staying up to speed digitally, with excellent record-keeping of visits and notes. We have also benefited from the flexibility in the package that Shona Care offers; a combination of morning and evening care when I'm in Scotland, live-in care when I'm not, and overnight care when my mother has been recovering from a hip replacement operation. They go above and beyond and exude an "I can do" attitude, which makes such a pleasant change from our previous care provider.
