We discuss the support you are looking for, your location, preferred times and what matters to you. We explain the assessment and check suitable staffing.
3. Agree the right support
If we can safely meet your needs, we agree the care plan and arrangements with you before care starts. An enquiry does not commit you to a care package or confirm availability.
