Your Services

HOME CARE

Home care is a bespoke support option that lets you receive first-rate care in your own home.

Also known as ‘care at home’, home care gives you or your loved ones the opportunity to receive expert assistance in your own home. Home care can be received as little or as often as required – every individual will have their own set of care needs, which makes it important to have full flexibility over the support that you receive.

One-to-one care

Home care gives you the opportunity to receive personal one-to-one support from your own carer, meaning you’ll always have their full attention

Maintain routines and hobbies

From board games to going to the theatre, receiving care at home means you’ll be able to continue the routines and hobbies you enjoy

Stay in a familiar environment

Many people relish the chance to remain in the comfortable, secure surroundings of home whilst receiving the additional support they need

Personalised support

Home care allows you to enjoy a personalised care plan that ensures you’re always getting the ideal amount of assistance for your needs and wishes

Spend more time with loved ones

With a personalised support plan, you can spend as much time as you wish with family and friends – either in your own home or theirs

A holistic approach

Our holistic approach to home care means that every aspect of you and your family’s support needs will be catered for

Companionship Care

Companionship care can significantly enhance the quality of life for those who benefit from social interaction and emotional support.

Companionship care is undoubtedly a crucial aspect of holistic caregiving, particularly for individuals who may be experiencing loneliness or isolation. However, it’s important to critically evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of this type of care within the context of individual needs and preferences.

emotional support

Companionship Care goes beyond basic assistance. It's about forming meaningful connections and providing emotional support.

outing

Oor caregivers get intae blether, go oot wi' ye, and join in activities that bring a braw bit o' joy and company intae yer life.

Loneliness and isolation

Loneliness and isolation are frequent worries for many older adults, and our companionship services strive to ease these concerns.

CARE PLAN

A comprehensive care plan should incorporate companionship care alongside other forms of support to address the diverse needs of clients effectively.

trained carers

Care providers should prioritize thorough screening, training, and supervision of companionship caregivers to ensure quality and effectiveness.

A holistic approach

While beneficial for many, companionship care may not be sufficient for those with more specialized medical or personal care needs.

PERSONAL CARE

Personal care is the support and supervision of daily personal living tasks and private hygiene.

Personal care for elders is the support and supervision of daily personal living tasks and private hygiene and toileting, along with dressing and maintaining your personal appearance. Personal care may include: bathing and showering, including bed-baths, and applying lotions and creams as required. It provides you or your loved one with the opportunity to receive discreet and sensitive one-to-one support from a fully-trained private carer.

Personal care

All of our carers are trained to provide discreet, sensitive support with areas of personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care

Housework

If you’re struggling to find the time or energy to stay on top of the housework, your carer can help out around the house with just about anything

Mobility support

Your carer will be able to help you get into and out of bed and move around your home, as well as assisting with physiotherapy exercises

Assistance with medication

From collecting it on your behalf to helping you organise and administer it, our carers are expertly trained to help you with your medication management

Looking after pets

With home care, you won’t need to worry about being parted from your furry friend(s) – your carer can exercise them, and generally spoil them rotten

Getting out of the house

A carer can accompany you out and about – whether that’s to the shops, to visit loved ones, or helping you attend social clubs and hobbies
